Before Your First Visit

ATX Fitness Therapy is a private fitness and recovery club operated by Certified Athletic Trainers. We specialize in one-on-one sessions that combine manual stretching, myofascial release, functional intrinsic training, and comprehensive assessments to help you move better, feel better, and perform better.

The ATX FIT Evaluation is a comprehensive 90-minute assessment that includes neuromuscular conditioning analysis, myofascial mobility assessment, gait analysis, and postural examination. This evaluation creates your personalized roadmap to pain-free movement.

No referral is needed. You can book directly through our website or by calling us at 603-200-4025. We recommend starting with our ATX FIT Evaluation so we can create a customized plan for you.

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing. Athletic shoes are fine for training sessions; you may be barefoot for stretching and assessment portions.

What We Offer

ATX Flex focuses on manual stretching and myofascial release to restore mobility. ATX Fit is our functional intrinsic training system that rebuilds strength patterns. ATX Combo combines both approaches in one session for comprehensive care — it's our most popular option.

ATX FIT/HIT is our small group high-intensity training class for 6-8 people. It combines cardiovascular conditioning with functional movement patterns, all guided by a Certified Athletic Trainer to ensure proper form and safety.

Individual sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the service. The ATX FIT Evaluation is 90 minutes. Session frequency is determined by your customized game plan.

We work with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, postural imbalances, movement compensations from injury, limited mobility, joint dysfunction, and performance barriers. We also provide post-operative care beyond where insurance-based physical therapy ends.

Booking & Payment

We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide documentation for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. Many HSA and FSA accounts can be used for our services.

We're located at 40 South River Road, #5, Bedford, NH 03110. Our private facility is designed for one-on-one sessions in a comfortable, clinical environment.
